The AIM Data Center accepts two file formats—default and wide.
- Default file formatting – Individual measure names are formatted in rows. This is the recommended format.
- Wide file formatting – Individual measure names are formatted in columns rather than rows. This is the recommended format if you use the REDCap templates available on this website.
File formatting templates are available for each patient safety bundle. Based on your state’s preference for file formatting templates, use the links below to access the case sensitive variable names for each patient safety bundle. If your collaborative is participating in multiple bundles, default templates downloaded directly from the AIM Data Center portal are customized to the specific bundles the collaborative is participating in.
