In the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ (ACOG) application for the AIM Technical Assistance Center, funds were set aside in the budget proposal to provide up to 12 organizations with one-year awards for $20,000. These funds are intended to support AIM patient safety bundle implementation activities.
Any organization can apply, but we strongly encourage applications from:
- States that did not apply for the HRSA AIM Capacity award,
- States that do not have other funding sources to support AIM implementation (ex: HRSA MHI, PQC funding from CDC, etc.)
To apply, please review the following instructions and templates below in full prior to submitting the application form:
- Complete a Budget and Workplan document
- Use the template provided
- Include all expenses that would support AIM bundle implementation with the $20,000 budget
- Include a short narrative for each budget line item, with a breakdown of what the funds would support (See the Sample-Budget and Workplan)
- The grey “total” cells with red font include a formula to automatically calculate the total of our budget – Do not edit these cells
- Complete the AIM Direct Funding Application – State and Jurisdiction Teams form
- Answer all required questions in the form (application questions for reference)
- Upload your completed Budget and Workplan document
- Submit the application
Applications Due August 18, 2023
Applications are not guaranteed to be funded and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
