Please disregard hotel logistics information from the document.

• Please do not use ATC, ACOG’s travel management company, to book a hotel room. Instead, when completing the DLI Speaker Information Form, please indicate whether you would like AIM to book a hotel on your behalf. If you intend for AIM to book a hotel on your behalf, please complete your speaker information form by February 2, 2024, so we have ample time to book your room before the discounted hotel rates end.
• As AIM books your hotel, you can expect to receive a confirmation email from the hotel in the coming weeks once your reservation has been made. Upon arrival at the hotel, please check in at the front desk and let staff know that you have a room under the AIM Data Learning Institute block. All you will have to provide is a photo ID.
