Join this dynamic AIM TA Center series for expert updates and practical refreshers on leading clinical causes of preventable severe maternal morbidity and mortality in the U.S., including sepsis, cardiac conditions, hypertension, and strategies to safely reduce primary cesarean sections. These sessions will focus on evidence-informed practices to support implementation of the relevant AIM Patient Safety Bundles.

This session will focus on sepsis in obstetric care, with expertise provided by Melissa E Bauer, D.O., Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Population Health Sciences at Duke University.

Designed for nurses, nurse practitioners, midwives, physicians, and other maternal health professionals, this series delivers concise, actionable guidance you can immediately apply in clinical practice to strengthen care and improve outcomes.
